





We're imagining a long table in someone's backyard for this menu – eating and talking for hours in the afternoon. Your guests will enjoy antipasti when they arrive: stuffed zucchini flowers, the most delicious garlicky roasted capsicums, or pipi e patate.
Follow that with a perfectly crackly Italian porchetta and an old-school lasagne or spinach cannelloni that everyone wants a second slice of. We've added a few simple summer salads - zucchini, tomato and fig, and peach and basil and ricotta.
Then, for a little sweet treat with your espresso, we've got a thin slice of Torta Caprese and some amaretti.
