A very easy and comfort food for sure! Substituted stock for wine and it fed 6 instead of just 4. Recipe was great.

I really enjoyed this super tasty, filling dish. About the milk though...I couldn't deal with the idea of pouring it into the sauce and used stock instead. Perhaps a little explanation of how and why the milk works would help squeamish cooks like me.

Recipe took me a little longer than I anticipated but great comfort food on a cold day! We used pork sausages so added extra italian herbs.

This was good, and the perfect meal to have cooked in advance. We got 2 meals for 4 people from this recipe. I was a bit alarmed when the milk looked curdled when added with the red wine and tomatoes, however it recovered after the 20 minute simmer. It would be good to know the quantity of passata in the recipe ( 4 different size jars at my supermarket). I couldn't get fresh basil, so tried one version with pesto on top and it was my preferred version!

Yummy and so easy! I added kale to bulk this up a bit and it was delicious. Would work well with frozen bolognese to make it even faster

Loved this! Made it for a dinner with a friend, lots of leftovers and the perfect winter meal! So cosy and delicious and easy in one pot 🙂 will definitely make again! It would be good to get grams on some of the ingredients but otherwise a great recipe! 🙂
