Who loves a One tray bake? Chicken & Rice tonight using my @chasseur_cookware roasting pan in brilliant white, I was able to brown the chicken first before putting in oven. Very convenient: even heat distribution and cast iron which retains the heat. From stove to oven to table - Dinner was ready in no time! Recipe and Content by @my_food4thought.
