
This recipe is my nan’s. Hazel Le Quesne, my mum’s mum, gave great hugs, told funny whimsical stories, drew gorgeous floral illustrations, and we all miss her, she was marvellous. Nan also made excellent scones.
Makes 7 using a 7cm round scone cutter. Double to feed a crowd.
