Bhavna - The Modern Desi Co's tips

The chicken can be marinated a day in advance and the coriander paste can also be made a day or two in advance, so all you need to do is put them together when ready to cook.

You can substitute the chicken with lamb or button mushrooms. No matter what your favorite protein is, you will enjoy the dish.

Great flavours, skin on bone in chicken thighs worked a treat. I'm definitely doing this again.
Absolutely love this recipe – so fresh and delicious. Used chicken drumsticks and added a splash of coconut milk instead of cream.
Very easy, and big flavours.
