Buffalo Sauce

80 g butter

8 tbsp Sriracha

3 tbsp honey

Ranch Dressing

200 g mayonnaise

200 g buttermilk

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 eschalot, finely diced

1 tbsp parsley, chopped

1 tbsp dill, chopped

1 lemon, juice and zest

salt, to taste

1⁄2 tsp black pepper

Preheat the oven to 220°C

Thinly slice and put on a small serving plate.

Transfer the hot to a bowl and pour the Buffalo sauce (melted and hot sauce) over the chicken. Mix well until the sauce has coated the chicken.

Transfer to a plate and serve with ranch sauce and on the side.
