This is a great cake with basic pantry ingredients. The banas i had frozen. I love you don’t need an electric beater to bring it all together. Great cake for lunchboxes (nut free).
Love the addition of choc chips although I did reduce the brown sugar amount by a bit as I am sensitive to sugar. So happy to have used up a good amount of nuts.
