This is french toast on steroids. A delicious dish that's surprisingly simple and wickedly sweet. I do use a blow torch for this recipe but if you don't have one, no stress! You can just pop your banana under a grill.
1⁄4 cup Nutella
8 slices brioche, thick
3 egg
1⁄4 cup milk
1 vanilla bean, split, seeds scraped
160 g unsalted butter
2 lady finger bananas
2 tbsp caster sugar

1⁄4 cup maple syrup
vanilla ice-cream, to serve
edible flowers, to garnish
raspberry, optional
