Start cooking
Step 1

Create your burger sauce: finely chop a pickle, then add , ketchup, sriracha, and mustard. Mix thoroughly and set aside.

Step 2

Thinly slice the onion. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, add the onion, and cook until soft and golden. Add balsamic vinegar and continue to cook until caramelised.

Step 3

Cook the burger patties to your liking in a hot pan or on a grill. Place a slice of burger cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.

Toast the burger buns lightly. Assemble the burger by spreading burger sauce on the buns, adding the cheesy patties, caramelised onions, and any additional toppings as desired. Serve immediately.
