Start by making the sauce. Combining the , , , and in a small bowl and set aside.

Heat a second large frypan over medium high heat, then add the . Crack in the and fry for about 3 minutes, until the white is cooked through and the yolk is still soft, or to your liking.

Keep the heat high when cooking the mince to get a nice brown colour and lots of flavour, the high heat will stop the meat from stewing in its juices.
