Although the title suggests it's a lazy salad, there is nothing lazy about the flavors here. It's punchy and full of flavor, perfect alongside rice and your favorite protein or stuffed in a wrap with skewers.

This worked out beautifully for a quick simple salad - didn’t have the parsley, but had leftover mixed salad leaves to be used up. Coriander, mint and dill added.

Added pomegranate - delicious
Simple with good bite from the onion and punchy dressing. On the second day I added cucumber, rocket and avocado for a more substantial salad, it was delicious. Goes so well with the lamb kaftas.

Very good, tasty and easy to make. The non lettuce eaters in my family also enjoyed it!

A really easy side salad to throw together. Really good flavour from the lemon and sumac.

So easy I feel guilty. I use sumac today a lot after years of having no idea what it was. Had this with fish pie

Love this salad, big bright flavours, perfect with grilled meat.
Bright and fresh! I added a handful of pomegranate which was divine. Such a great, easy salad as a side for grilled meats or fish. (Also realised I forgot to roughly chop the parsley, but it was great! Sorry Karima!)
