Maqui Berry & Lime Chia Jam

You will hardly know that this jam is free from refined sugar, gelatin and preservatives when you taste it. The maqui berry gives it a delicious tart and sweet flavour while adding an abundance of antioxidants. I like to add it to my smoothie bowls, spread it on toast and hide it in delicious raw chocolate.

Makes about 600 g (1 lb 5 oz/2 cups).
