Delicious and really simple to do the prep and then cook at the last moment when everything else was pretty much done. This meant that the beans were still lovely and firm.

Probably one of my fave recipes so far. So quick, simple and yummy. I did drizzle some sesame oil over the top and of course fresh chilli’s but this will be a go to for sure. I am single so this recipe made enough for 3 sides for me. Will eat with the five spice chicken and the easy tofu

Loved the crunch from these toasted sesames! Such a quick and easy side dish. Added some minced garlic when frying and enjoyed with chicken & rice

Super quick and easy beans and perfect to have as a side dish as suggested. We ate these beans alongside a beef rendang curry and they were crunchy and flavourful! We used chilli oil instead of paste and it worked really well.

Perfect side for any rice dish! I used sambal oelek for the chilli paste and it was soo yummy. I added some sesame oil at the end along with the seeds.

Perfect side - so easy and quick! I cooked some extra kimchi fried rice yesterday and had some leftovers today for dinner with a fresh batch of these beans - perfect pairing! I used a heavy skillet, which gives the beans a great char. I added the soy sauce and chili off the heat, as the residual heat is enough to reduce the soy sauce. A squeeze of fresh lime takes this to the next level :)
