Really tasty! A great side to have on rotation. I found it a tiny bit sharp so will add a tiny bit more honey next time. Really excited that I got to use my mandolin for the first time on this- loved the texture of the super thin fennel. 😋🤤

Nice side, I ate as a main with some fish. It needed a bit of a lift for me so I added the red onion which balanced everything for me. It had the salty sweet and crunchy already. I also added the red onions for a bit of colour

Another great recipe. Nice hybrid of a slaw and a Waldorf salad (apples and walnuts). I like the sweetness that the honey and apples added. Will definitely make again.
