400 g chicken thigh, diced into 2cm pieces
1⁄2 tbsp shaoxing cooking wine
1⁄2 tbsp soy sauce

Follow the packet instructions to ensure you don't overcook the noodles for stir fry. If you overcook the noodles, it's likely they will break when you combine them with the vegetables.
Be gentle when you combine the noodles with the vegetables. I like to use tongs to slowly push the vegetables into the noodles.
