These delicious teriyaki prawn udon noodles are packed with flavour and loads of vegetables. The sauce will have you going back for more!

250 g prawns, deveined, shelled, seasoned with salt and pepper

1 onion, sliced

1 capsicum, sliced

1 bunch broccolini, stalks and tops separated

1 carrot, sliced

1 zucchini, sliced

Noodle Marinade

3 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp mirin

1 tsp chili oil

1 tbsp sake

2 tsp dark soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 knob ginger, grated

sesame seeds, for topping
