1 tbsp mirin

1 tsp chili oil

1 tbsp sake

2 tsp dark soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 knob ginger, grated

Skipped the noodles (had konjac noodles the day before) and made rice. Also added some vinegar to the sauce for a bit of tanginess. And used Lan Gao Ma crispy chili in oil to enhance the flavor.
