Already made this pancakes twice. Kids totally love it. I substituted the protein powder and flour for normal flour. I added 1/2 tsp baking powder on the second batch, which made them even better.

I used almond flour as the protein flour and I think it gave it a slightly stiffer texture. Super filling though, and really good with maple syrup and fruit especially if you're using plain protein powder instead of a flavoured one!

These were delicious, and I loved the added nutrition! I didn’t have cottage cheese but used greek yoghurt and they were great. Will definitely make these again 😊
