In a food processor or blender, mix the , salt and pepper, finely chopped chives, , , , and . Blend into a thick paste.

Step 2

Spread the prawn paste evenly onto each slice of . Once complete, cut each slice into triangles.

Step 3

Dip the prawn-covered side of each triangle into an equal mixture of and .

Step 4

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the triangles, prawn side down first, until golden on both sides (about 5 minutes). Drain on paper towel.
