This is a fun and texture-filled savoury pancake inspired by a popular Korean street food – it’s a great way to have your serving of vegetables in one meal. Share with friends or have it all to yourself!

1⁄2 white onion, small

1 tbsp light soy sauce

In a large bowl, mix , , , and into a batter.
