Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F).

If you have leftover garlic butter, just pop it in a jar and leave it in the fridge to add to the frying pan when you start your next bolognese mince/soup/ sauce – anything! I quite like having a jar of garlic butter in the fridge – it’s super handy.
