You may have a bit of an ‘I-can’t-believe-this-is-good-for-you’ moment when you taste this sauce, but I can assure you it is. Absolutely packed with healthy fats and protein, it can be used in so many different ways to 'yum-ify’ a dish. You can use it as a salad dressing on loads of colourful raw veggies, dip fresh rice paper rolls into it, or even drizzle it over steamed greens with a little sprinkling of sesame seeds. Perfection.
