Oh yes to this. Took less than 10 mins to put together and results divine. Added pine nuts which added some crunch together with the cucumber added.

Super yum and fresh- loved them! We swapped the kewpie for greek yoghurt/kewpie mixed and this worked really well. Dill adds a great fresh flavour. Will definitely be making again.

So easy to make and really delicious. Threw some red onion and lemon through just to give it a bit more acidity. Was even better the next day!
