
While it’s a total rule breaker when it comes to my definition of a salad, fruit salad is the embodiment of simplicity, sweetness and vibrancy. Each forkful is a celebration of sweet, tart and tangy flavours that burst on the tongue and refresh the palate. This is great as a light meal on a hot day but also makes for a showstopper of a dessert when hosting or attending a party.
