I love overnight oats as a balanced, nourishing & TASTY breakfast option. As a nutritionist, I am always encouraging clients to plan and prep their meals ahead to help nail their nutrition. This is the perfect breakfast option you can prep ahead so all you need to do is grab and go in the morning! I thought I would experiment with a matcha flavour and this did not dissapoint!
