This creamy, tangy mango purée and antioxidant-packed superfood smoothie is a delicious contrast to the crunchy toppings. Sprinkle a little of the toppings into the bottom of the bowls before filling for a yummy surprise at the end.
2 mangoes, peeled and pitted
1 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
125 ml coconut water
130 g frozen mixed berries
4 bananas, frozen, cut into chunks
2 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 tbsp acai powder
1 tbsp maqui berry powder
375 ml coconut water
